Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Roba o Jetse Interactive (Pty) Ltd, trading as RoJ Interactive.
By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Services
1.1 RoJ Interactive offers a monthly compliance subscription service billed in advance.
1.2 The subscription provides access to compliance monitoring, administrative readiness, and availability of compliance services.
1.3 Subscription fees are not deposits, savings, or advance payments for future compliance work.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email.
2.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.3 Upon cancellation:
- Future billing will stop;
- Access to compliance services will end;
- RoJ Interactive will have no obligation to perform future compliance work.
2.4 No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable, as they relate to services and availability already provided during the billing period.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for:
- Active or previously active subscription periods;
- Compliance services already performed or submitted;
- Compliance services that become due after cancellation.
3.3 Refunds will only be considered where required by law, including applicable cooling-off periods under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Compliance Services
4.1 Compliance services are performed only if:
- The client has completed the required qualification period (where applicable);
- The subscription is active and fully paid at the time the compliance becomes due.
4.2 Once a compliance service has been completed and submitted, it is final and non-refundable.
5. Non-Payment and Suspension
5.1 Failure to maintain an active and fully paid subscription may result in:
- Suspension of services;
- Loss of eligibility for compliance services;
- Termination of the subscription.
5.2 RoJ Interactive shall not be responsible for penalties or consequences arising from suspended or cancelled subscriptions.
6. Cooling-Off Period
6.1 Clients may be entitled to a cooling-off period as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
6.2 Where applicable, any refund during a cooling-off period will be processed in accordance with legal requirements.
